Temporary Contracts

Proativa RH has a highly qualified team ready to meet temporary hiring demands in any area of ​​the organization, the extraordinary seasonal demands of your company, or the replacement of permanent employees to cover vacations or absences.

Temporary work is a type of contract regulated by brazilian law no. 6019/74 and establishes an employment relationship of up to 180 days, with extension, if necessary, for another 90 days, completing a total of 270 days.
