Temporary work is a type of contract regulated by brazilian law no. 6019/74 and establishes an employment relationship of up to 180 days, with extension, if necessary, for another 90 days, completing a total of 270 days.
The type of third-party work, regulated by brazilian law 13,429/2017, establishes an employment relationship for an indefinite period, recommended to meet extraordinary demands or specific projects that exceed the maximum temporary period.
